Taylor & Jeff – Philadelphia Engagement
Taylor and Jeff grew up in Philadelphia and will be returning to the City of Brotherly Love for their wedding in December 2019. I say returning to Philadelphia because they currently live in California and I may be a little bit jealous. We braved the cold for their engagement session in Philadelphia right after Christmas and it was totally worth it. The Christmas decorations were still up but the crowds had died down significantly and we wandered around the city to some of the popular spots, including Addison Street and Penn’s Landing, to grab some nighttime portraits. Amanda & Tony – Havre de Grace Engagement
We had already re-scheduled Amanda and Tony’s engagement session once so when we heard that there was a chance of some decent weather, we decided to just go for it. While we did get cut a little short thanks to the weather, it was just enough time to capture some epic photos by the water. Their adorable dog even made an appearance for some photos! Make you scroll all the way down to the bottom to see the incredible colors in the sky as the shoot progressed. We can’t wait for Amanda and Tony’s wedding day at The Hotel Hershey in August 2019!
Emily & Shayne – Paulus Orchards Engagement
We met up with Emily and Shayne on the perfect fall day at Paulus Orchards for their engagement session. Emily and Shayne are such a natural couple and made my job so easy due to their fantastic chemistry. They picked pumpkins, played cornhole, climbed hay bales, ventured through a corn maze, and walked the apple picking fields. We capped off their session with some delicious apple cider slushies too (thanks for the recommendation guys)! We can’t wait for their wedding at Ironstone Ranch in October 2019!
Laura & Joe – Harrisburg Engagement
It was blisteringly hot the days before Laura and Joe’s engagement which was ironic because they brought the heat! We ended up having one of the most beautiful nights of the summer and we made sure to take advantage of it by going to Detweiler Park, Fort Hunter, City Island, and Downtown Harrisburg. Laura and Joe were total naturals which made my job super easy. We were even fortunate enough to have one of the best sunsets in recent memory and it was the perfect way to end our evening. Lindsay & Nate – Lititz Springs Park Engagement
The weather has been pretty dreadful lately and I was so grateful that the weather was perfect for Lindsay and Nate’s engagement session. We kicked off the evening with a picnic at Lititz Springs Park which served as the perfect backdrop for some great candid photos. Unfortunately, the latter half of the engagement session didn’t work out as planned so stay tuned for the second part as it certainly won’t disappoint!
Brit & Ryan – Whitaker Center Engagement
I met up with Brit and Ryan on a blistering cold January day to have some fun in Harrisburg. They were struggling with thinking of a location for their engagement until I suggested the Whitaker Center. They immediately lit up and told me that they love going there and the rest is history! These two are so full of life and love and it made for a really great time. Stay tuned for more from their big day at the Cork Factory Hotel in April!
Ashlee & David – York Engagement
Ashlee and David were determined to get their engagement session in on one of the coldest days in recent memory so we made it work. They were total champs despite the below freezing temperatures. Once we couldn’t take it any more, we headed inside The Strand (Appell Center for the Performing Arts) to create some epic portraits of these two. I can’t wait for their wedding day in September at David’s grandparents’ private estate in York!
Danielle & Andrew – Philadelphia Engagement
After finishing up Caitlin and Steve’s engagement session in Wilmington, we hit the road and headed to Philadelphia to meet up with Danielle and Andrew. We had some gorgeous yet cool fall weather which was fine with us considering we got rained out for our original engagement session date. Andrew drove us around to all of the Philly hot spots that they wanted to hit and we made the most of every location! Stay tuned for more from their wedding at the Please Touch Museum in May!
Caitlin & Steve – Hagley Museum & Library Engagement
November continued to be a great month weather wise for weddings and engagements and it was no different for the day of Caitlin and Steve’s engagement session at Hagley Museum and Library in Wilmington, Delaware. The grounds are a photographer’s dream and Caitlin and Steve made the rest of the stuff easy. They were up for anything, including climbing all over rocks by the river.
