…but it’s really about you
My fiance (Brittany) and I shortly after I proposed
Are you tired of everything looking and feeling the same as you’re researching wedding photographers?
I get it. I really do.
I proposed to my fiance in 2019 and the number one criteria for our photography was that it would accurately capture and reflect our personalities and our unique relationship. And of course, a couple of photos of us (and by us I mean me) devouring some chocolate chip cookies.
After photographing over 200 weddings, I know the importance of capturing your most important moments in authentic and creative ways.
You don’t want your photos to be generic, overly posed, and lacking personality. You deserve photos that are full of life, personality, and creativity.
- 1 What are you worried about?
- 2 There was a screeching 2-year old banshee child running around all over and Scott was just there controlling the situation like a boss.
- 3 Our wedding was a complete blast and I feel like Scott and his team were a huge part of that.
- 4 His team stepped in to assist with our wedding ceremony when our coordinator was a no-show.
What are you worried about?
Stressed about your photography timeline?
I do true all-day wedding coverage so you don’t have to worry about missing those incredible last moments of your reception as you celebrate the end of your wedding day together with your family and friends.
“Your photos are something you will have to cherish in the future, so make sure that you have someone who can do the job, is willing to be there all day, and will do it right!” – Sarah & Mike
DisaPpOInted in spending a ton & only receiving an online gallery?
We sit down together for a reveal party (which includes craft beer/wine and chocolate chip cookies) where you experience your wedding day again through the photos and your album. All of my collections also include handcrafted albums so you’ll have your first family heirloom to grow old with.
“His home studio is beautiful and just adds the perfect touch to your experience.” – Brit & Ryan
Want your friends & Family to be able to relax on your wedding day?
My team will work hand-in-hand with your planner. I’ll take amazing photos. My assistant will make sure that we cover your family photo list perfectly. Your planner will ensure that everything runs on time so you can actually enjoy your time with your family and friends. It’s a team effort!
“Scott and his team were a delight the day of the wedding, and his assistant took impeccable care to make sure my cathedral veil and the train of my dress looked flawless in every shot.” – Alex & Adam
Nervous about posing and Being candid in front of the camera?
I don’t do a ton of posing. Also, engagement sessions are complimentary because I want to get to know both of you and figure out what works best between the two of you.
“Every photo was taken organically, nothing was “posed” or “re-created” except for a few of our couples portraits, where we were told what do so that Scott could capture an epic photo.” – Caitlin & Steven
I’ve strongly considered taking payment in the form of chocolate chip cookies. I may or may not have an addiction.
In my spare time, you’ll probably find me drinking some delicious craft beer, stuffing my face with local food, and spending time with my friends and family.
Traveling is one of my favorite things to do. My fiancé and I traveled to Ireland in 2017, western Canada in 2018, and toured all of the southern US in 2019.
I love dogs but became a cat person when I adopted an adorable gray tabby cat named Chloe seven years ago. We recently adopted a second cat named Shrimp who we also love dearly.
I’m an adrenaline junkie. I’ve been skydiving, ziplining, whitewater rafting, and much more. I live for the thrill!
Sounds good, right? Let’s turn your dreams into reality!
I accept a very limited number of weddings every year to ensure that I can consistently deliver the luxury experience my couples deserve.
I would love to hear more about your story and see if we're a good fit (as I don't take every wedding I'm asked to document).
Fill out the contact form and I'll get back to you as soon as I can. No, seriously. Just try me!
