The Bond is a post-industrial style venue located in downtown York, Pennsylvania in the heart of the Royal Square District.  The Royal Square District is an up-and-coming section of York and features vibrant wall murals, a craft brewery, unique restaurants, art galleries, multiple shops including an eclectic antique shop, and more!  The building that is now The Bond was originally a 1920s Studebaker dealership that was repurposed and renovated to it’s current condition. The Bond is the first industrial venue and event space located in Central PA. If modern industrial style in the midst of a unique and vibrant community is your jam, The Bond will provide you with that perfect backdrop for a truly amazing and memorable wedding day!

There are multiple venue options located within The Bond as well as the brand new outdoor venue, Royal Square Gardens. The Atrium and the Gallery are both indoor locations that are highlighted by polished concrete floors, crystal chandeliers, exposed brick, and amazing natural light from the floor-to-ceiling windows. The Gallery also features artwork that is inspired by local artisans and accented with modern touches.  The Ballroom offers unique architecture with chandeliers hanging from exposed metal beams.

The outdoor venue space, Royal Square Gardens, is a new outdoor urban garden that sets the mood with market lighting, white brick, and a new mural!  A fireplace and outdoor heaters are also available in this space should the weather require it! The options are endless!  You can even rent out both indoor and outdoor spaces for your event and utilize them for various spaces during your wedding day.

The Bond also offers a multitude of amenities.  There are two spaces for wedding preparation, the Bridal Boudoir for the ladies and the Chaps Chambers for the gentlemen.  The Bridal Boudoir has accents that will make it a beautiful place to take those wedding preparation pictures such as a velvet couch, artwork, and ample mirrors.  The Chaps Chambers is a great place to settle in with your wedding party before your ceremony and features a leather couch, dry bar, and industrial lighting. Other included amenities are items such as table linens, stemware, a full bar mixer package including a bartender, event manager, and elegant draping.  Your dog is even invited to the ceremony at The Bond!

The JDK Group exclusively provides catering at The Bond.  They offer various serving options including seated meals, food stations, tray passed hors d’oeuvres, and a wide variety of menu options.  Want to offer some unique add-ons to the menu?  The JDK Group can do that too with options such as a cheesesteak bar, walking candy bar, and flaming donut stations!
