Riverdale Manor is a fully restored 19th-century estate wedding venue located in Lancaster Pennsylvania. The well-manicured 6 acres of land that the venue is set on has the added ambiance of waterfront views of the Conestoga River. You can start your day in the large white 1800’s restored farmhouse. You and your wedding party will be able to prepare for your wedding in style in the bridal suite or the groom’s quarters inside the farmhouse. The white stone, greenery, ample porch, and antique accents make the farmhouse the perfect spot for portraits before your wedding!

The grounds at Riverdale Manor offer a wide selection of outdoor venue options, as well as a few indoor-outdoor venue options as well. If you have a larger guest list you could choose to say your “I do’s” in front of the large sycamore tree on the banks of the Conestoga River, or if a more intimate ceremony is your thing the Mill Foundation makes for a beautiful and unique option. The Mill Foundation is set on the banks of the Conestoga and features the remains of a pre-American Revolution mill. There is also the Hydrangea Spot that also offers up a few of the river and has amphitheater-style seating.

The indoor-outdoor pavilions are also available for ceremonies and are that perfect blend of elegance, views of the lovely grounds, and protection from the outdoor elements.  The Garden Terrace is the newest addition to the property and features a stone fireplace, Alaskan cedar flooring, and ambient lighting. This is also a great location for cocktail hour or dessert buffets! The Pavilion is adjacent to the Garden Terrace and features string lights, exposed wooden beams, and a gorgeous chandelier. The Pavilion could also be utilized for dancing or cocktail hour as well and can be fully heated no matter the outdoor temperature!

It is finally time for the reception and prepare to be wowed by the breathtaking Ballroom. The soaring white ceilings with exposed white beams are accented wonderfully with three large wrought iron chandeliers. The reclaimed hardwood floors are accented by all of the natural light coming in through the large windows and French doors. The Ballroom can seat 200 people comfortably and also offers a small atrium.

Catering at Riverdale Manor is done exclusively by Thyme & Seasons Catering.  The catering team will work with you to create a menu that is perfect for you with many seasonal and unique options. They offer seated, served options, stations, or buffets to allow you to truly customize the flow and spacing of your reception. Thyme & Seasons Catering even provides options for bride and groom suites prior to your wedding day!  The catering options are truly endless.  You’ll find a wide variety of dessert and snack options as well such as a milk and cookies station, a donut wall, and a grilled cheese bar.
