One of the area’s newest venues surprises and delights with incredible views – both indoors and outdoors

Historic Ashland is a wedding venue located in York County, Pennsylvania that offers that country wedding atmosphere you’ve been looking for! The ample amenities, ceremony options, and unique spaces offered throughout the ten acres of well-maintained grounds will be sure to delight.  Historic Ashland can host up to 150 guests but they also offer micro wedding packages for those couples wanting a smaller wedding.

Start your wedding day off at the mansion!  This 1906 building has been renovated to provide all of the modern amenities, but it still maintains its rustic charm.  You’ll find marble fireplaces, a three-tier staircase, and a gourmet kitchen as well as second-floor bridal suites so that you and your wedding party can prepare for your wedding in style!  The cottage is the second building for getting ready, and provides separate quarters for your soon-to-be spouse and a space to gather and prepare as well!  The cottage was built in 1806 and it provides a charming and unique space that includes a handmade wooden bar, dart boards, poker set and cards, and a spacious bathroom.

There are a variety of outdoor ceremony locations and one indoor location.  You can choose to get married in the lower level of the lodge or between three outdoor locations.  The woodsy cedar pergola overlooks a stream and is surrounded by mature trees.  The garden cedar pergola is on a brick paver patio surrounded by bistro lighting.  The altar overlooking the stream is surrounded by mature trees with the white and stone cottage and mansion in the background.

The lodge is a large two-story building, originally built in 1806, that features 10,000 square feet of unique and beautiful architecture.  The inside of the building features tall ceilings, Edison chandeliers, stone fireplaces, and wrought iron railings.  You’ll find plenty of space to dance the night away under the exposed beams of the lodge!  There are indoor and outdoor locations that are perfect for cocktail hour including a brick patio that features a firepit.  You’ll adore the luxurious features of this space for your reception!
