Bluestone Estate is the perfect modern Lancaster barn wedding venue. Featuring high ceilings, natural stone walls, a bridal and groom suite, and indoor and outdoor locations for your ceremony. They also include ceremony chairs, arbors, reception tables and chairs, and so much more!

The grand hall of the barn seats up to 260 guests for ceremonies, dinners, and receptions. The structure features massive post and beam 30-foot cathedral ceilings, exposed blue stone walls, expansive windows, and a glass entrance leading to the reception area. New hardwood floors and large crystal chandeliers enhance the ambiance, and there are HD screens available for audio-visual presentations. Additionally, a second spacious area on the ground level of the barn is perfect for cocktail hours or additional ceremonies. The venue also offers a large adjoining courtyard with an outdoor bar, fire pit, and views of the pond. Two spacious restrooms are conveniently located on the main floor.

The bridal suite, located adjoining the main hall, boasts modern upscale features, including cathedral posts beam ceilings, and hardwood floors. It includes a bar and kitchenette for the bridal party, along with a comfortable sitting area featuring a sofa and chairs. There’s also a spacious hairdressing and makeup area equipped with large mirrors, countertops, and power outlets, accessible from as early as 8 am on your special day. The bride has access to a private full bathroom with a shower, and there is an additional spacious restroom for bridesmaids.

For the froom, a private space is situated on the ground floor, featuring 10-foot ceilings and a spacious prep area. The area includes an island bar with seating, a kitchenette, a large HD TV, and a comfortable sitting area with a sofa and chairs. A private bathroom and direct access to the outdoor courtyard complete the groom’s accommodations.
