Alyssa and Zach’s wedding was at the end of a crazy busy weekend (engagement on Friday and another wedding on Saturday) and I couldn’t imagine it ending any better! The weather continued to stay beautiful and History Shady Lane in the fall just can’t be beat in beauty during that time of the year. I truly loved how connected both of their families were and how much emotion there was throughout the day. As you can see, there were a lot of tears but they were for all of the right reasons. The party was wild and the sparkler send off at the end was perfect. Congrats Alyssa and Zach!

Grandview Vineyard Wedding – Laura & Dex

Laura and Dex’s wedding day was one for the record books! We had beautiful weather (with some stormy clouds at times) and we were surrounded with a super fun crew. The day took place at the stunning Grandview Vineyard in Mount Joy which provided the perfect backdrop for these wine and beer lovers! Laura and Dex wore their hearts on their sleeves throughout the day which made for some incredibly touching moments. Once the reception hit, everyone put on their party hats and let loose on the dance floor. Laura and Dex capped off their spectacular day with a glow stick exit that was full of color!

Carrie & Charlie – Lancaster Wedding

Carrie and Charlie were married at Carrie’s parents’ farm on a beautiful (yet hot) fall day. The farm had been beautifully transformed by Stray Productions into a venue that any bride and groom would envy. The day was full of dogs, adorable children, and lots of love and laughter. Dixie & Luke – The Star Barn at Ironstone Ranch

Dixie and Luke’s wedding day was special for so many reasons. One of those reasons being that it was the first wedding at the brand new Star Barn at Ironstone Ranch. Ironstone Ranch is known for being one of the premier wedding venues in the south central Pennsylvania area and they certainly didn’t disappoint with The Star Barn. The weather was perfect. The people were amazing. The scenery was epic. It was everything that I hope a wedding will be and I was honored that Dixie and Luke trusted me to capture their special day!

Jamie & Keenan – Little Buffalo State Park Engagement

Waking up at 4 AM and driving over an hour isn’t something that most people would be willing to do for sunrise pictures. However, Jamie is a photographer as well and thankfully convinced Keenan to do it. We were blessed with the most amazing sunrise that I’ve ever seen and we made the most of it while it lasted. The natural chemistry between these two certainly didn’t hurt either. Nothing but smiles, laughs, and joking around throughout the entire morning. Liz and Steve came to me through the recommendation of one of my former couples and I couldn’t be more thankful because they were so much fun to work with. I went to their home in Brooklyn to capture their engagement session and then they came down to Lancaster to officially tie the know at the always incredible and never duplicated Excelsior. We had such a wonderful day full of laughter and tears (best first look of 2017?!). Congrats Liz and Steve!

Mother Nature couldn’t make up it’s mind on the day of Steph and Bobby’s wedding but that didn’t stop us (or them) from having a great time. It poured all morning and then the sun came out and melted us for a few hours before the sky became completely overcast and stormy again. Thankfully, the rain held off when we needed it to and Steph and Bobby’s day went off without a hitch. There was so much genuine joy and laughter throughout the day and you could really feel the connections between everyone involved.

Christina was super excited (and a little nervous) when the weather report came across with the four letter word that couples either hate or love: SNOW. Thankfully, the snow ended just in time for the roads to be safe and it left a beautiful thin layer of snow everywhere. The Inn at Leola Village looked absolutely gorgeous and served as the perfect backdrop to this winter wonderland wedding. The day was full of love, laughter, and tears and I can’t thank Christina and Brian enough for allowing us to capture their special day!
