Nicole and Brian had a gorgeous fall day for their incredible wedding day at Historic Shady Lane. I love when my clients wear their hearts on their sleeves and Nicole did just that. I’m always so grateful when my couples do that because I know how difficult it can be to be vulnerable in front of the camera and a ton of people. Lindsay and Nate’s hot air balloon engagement seemed like it was never going to happen. Let’s just say that the third time is the charm! We were all ecstatic on the day of because we couldn’t believe that it was finally going to happen (regardless of the 100+ degree temperature). I’m pretty sure we all sweat our body weight by the end of the day but we had gorgeous skies and a wonderful time flying through the clouds. Kelsey and Sean are truthfully two of the most authentic people I’ve ever met. When we initially met, they told me about their vision for their wedding day and I was thrilled when they told me that they wanted me to capture their day. The weather reports were questionable all day but the rain held off until just after the ceremony and the Cameron Estate Inn provided plenty of indoor spaces to keep everyone dry. When I say that it rained, I really mean that it poured, unlike anything I’ve seen before. I asked Kelsey and Sean if they wanted to brave the weather for some epic rain shots and they excitedly said, “Absolutely!” Even with an umbrella, Kelsey and Sean got a bit wet but they didn’t let it dampen their mood one bit. Thanks for having us capture your big day Kelsey and Sean!

Ashlee and David’s day was a scorcher! It was brutally hot but that didn’t stop them from having one hell of an epic day. Ashlee and David were married at David’s grandparent’s estate which was stunning and could very well be a future wedding venue. 3 West Entertainment brought the jams and the crowd brought their best moves (and boy did they have moves)! I can’t thank Barb and Corey enough for allowing me to capture their incredible day at the beautiful John Wright Restaurant in Wrightsville, PA! Barb and Corey came to me through the referral of some mutual friends and I’m so glad they did because they’re truly two of the best people I’ve ever met. They made their wedding day exactly how they wanted it to be which allowed them to be 100% present in the moments and stress-free throughout the entire day. Barb cried tears of joy and Corey looked and acted like the total boss that he is. I can’t wait to watch these two continually grow in their relationship together. Congrats!

There was just something different about Rachel and Tony from the moment I first met with them. Maybe it was how down to earth they were. Maybe it was their humor. Or perhaps it was their genuine love for each other. I knew that their wedding day would be one of the most memorable ones of 2018 and it certainly didn’t disappoint. The Bond served as the perfect host to a day filled with smiles, laughing, tears, and lots of partying. They even had a bubble machine at the reception that we used for one of their portraits! What can I say about Brit and Ryan? Besides the fact that they’re two of the sweetest people you’ll ever meet, they were supposed to be married on an epic destination wedding that was ruined by Hurricane Irma. They didn’t let that ruin their dream of having an amazing wedding though and decided to have an intimate wedding at the Cork Factory Hotel. Brit and Ryan’s wedding really reminded me of why I love what I do. They’re two awesome people who just wanted to have a fun time with family and friends and they didn’t care about anything else and it really showed. Congrats Brit and Ryan!

It’s not every day that you get to photograph two former Olympian athletes! I was honored to photograph Katie and Bam’s wedding back in December 2015 at The Booking House. When I first connected with Leah at Historic Ashland and we started throwing around the idea of a styled shoot, I said that I knew the perfect couple and was just hoping that Katie and Bam would be up for it. Thankfully they were and they absolutely knocked it out of the park!

Historic Ashland is a brand new wedding venue that is sure to quickly become one of the most popular venues in the area. It’s located just a couple of miles off of Route 30 and has plenty of locations on the property to suit everyone’s needs. The ladies have the full mansion to be pampered in and get ready for the big day while the gentlemen have their own cottage to prepare themselves. The lodge is where the celebration goes down and it’s been beautifully restored to be the perfect reception space for you to party with all of your friends and family. Be sure to check out Historic Ashland soon if you’re looking to get married in the south central PA area as dates are going fast!

Cork Factory Hotel Wedding – Natalie & Eric

Natalie and Eric’s wedding day was pretty cold but everyone’s hearts were warm and their day was absolutely flawless. The Cork Factory Hotel is the perfect venue for winter weddings due to all of the gorgeous indoor areas that are available. Natalie’s friend (and one of the groomsmen) handmade her incredible dress! While their entire day was a blast, the real highlight was the party during the reception. The Bachelor Boys Band absolutely crushed it (like usual) and Natalie and Eric’s crowd certainly responded by putting on quite the show. Don’t believe me? Just check out the photos out below.

Angela and Justin were married on an absolutely gorgeous November day at The Bond in Downtown York, PA. These two are such a laid back yet fun-loving couple and it really made for a stress-free day all around. We made good use of all of the unique wall murals around The Bond and Collusion Tapworks! Once the sun went down, we took the party inside the gorgeous industrial-chic The Bond for the ceremony and reception. We capped it off with an epic sparkler send off! Congrats Angela and Justin!
