Jess & Evan - Ellicott City Engagement

I met up with Jess and Evan in Ellicott City on a perfect Tuesday evening for their engagement session. When I pulled up, they were sitting by the river and drinking wine together. I immediately knew that we were in for a great time that night (and I wasn't wrong)! We kicked things off at their incredible apartment complex (Oella Mill) and then wandered around downtown, stopping at some of their favorite places, like the B&O Railroad Station Museum, Ellicott City Bridge, and more. Stay tuned for more from their wedding at the Main Street Ballroom in Ellicott City soon!

Lauren & Eric - Hershey + Harrisburg Engagement

Lauren and Eric's engagement session continued the trend of having beautiful weather and we made sure to make the best use of it. We kicked things off in Hershey and then headed to the Harrisburg Riverfront where we were treated to an incredible sunset. I'm so excited for their wedding at Excelsior next year so stay tuned for more from these two!

Erin & Andrew - Rocks State Park Engagement

I met Erin at the Best Wedding Showcase bridal show in Lancaster in January. She walked around the booth and basically told me that she was going to book me no matter what. I was a bit taken back at first but I realized that she was just that invested in working with me. Erin and Andrew planned their wedding date around my availability and Bryan and I will be flying out to St. Louis after Christmas to capture their wedding. Needless to say, the stakes were pretty high going into their engagement session. My nerves were calmed within minutes though because Erin and Andrew are total naturals together and we literally had the perfect evening at Rocks State Park. I'll let the photos do the rest of the speaking!

Ashley & Tyler - Downtown Lancaster & York Engagement

I met up with Ashley and Tyler in Lancaster to kick off their engagement session. If you're in the Lancaster area, there's no better way to start your engagement session than with a cupcake from Lancaster Cupcake! After some sweets, we wandered around the city, taking in the scenery and reading comic books. We headed to York as the sun was setting and decided to have a little fun playing around with passing cars in the road, resulting in one of my favorite photos from the session. Stay tuned for more from these two lovebirds when they tie the knot at The Booking House on February 29 (Leap Year)!

Steph & Adam - Downtown Lancaster Engagement

I met up with Steph and Adam while they were in town to work on planning their wedding. I'm always trying to evoke raw and candid emotions out of my couples during their engagement session. Let's just say that Steph and Adam took that to an entirely new level and I love all of the silliness and playfulness that they displayed with each other. Needless to say, I'm pretty excited for their wedding in September at Bear Mill Estate!

Melissa & Rob - Yosemite National Park Destination Engagement

I'm normally not speechless but Melissa and Rob's destination engagement session in Yosemite National Park pretty much rendered me just that. We spent two days exploring everything from the giant sequoias to some of the most breathtaking waterfalls in the world. We woke up at 3 am, hiked countless miles up and down mountains, and got completely soaked by a waterfall. Melissa and Rob were total troopers and their adventurous spirits were front and center throughout the trip. I can't thank them enough for bringing me along to capture their incredible story in one of the most breathtaking views out there!

Paige & Keith - Corradetti Glassblowing Studio Engagement

Paige and Keith are getting married at Corradetti Glassblowing Studio in Baltimore and I asked them where they would like to do their engagement session. They told me they had never done glassblowing before and I immediately knew that they should do a studio session for their engagement session! They created custom glass pumpkins for their Halloween wedding this fall. After the glassblowing session, we wandered around the Clipper Mill area and ended by popping some champagne to celebrate the occasion. Paige and Keith are so down to earth and I can't wait for their wedding on Halloween, which is sure to be full of awesome costumes and fun!

Sarah & Mike - York Revolution Engagement

Sarah and Mike's engagement session in York, PA had it all - ballroom dancing, the local Elks Lodge, and the local York Revolution baseball stadium. We kicked things off at Arthur Murray Dance Studio where Sarah and Mike showed off their dancing skills. Mike proposed with a glass slipper (Sarah is a huge Disney fan) so he brought it along and we made some artistic photos with it. We then made our way over to the Elks Lodge in Downtown York to play around with the piano before changing and making our final stop at the York Revolution stadium. Sarah used to work for the Revolution so her connections helped us get us some exclusive access around the stadium that I will never forget. When was the last time you were on the roof of a baseball stadium?! Stay tuned for more from Sarah and Mike when they make it official in November at the Country Club of York!
