Historic Shady Lane
Historic Shady Lane in York, PA, is a captivating 34-acre wedding venue, offering an outdoor experience amidst lush forests and historic buildings, dating back to its origins as a whiskey distillery in 1770. The venue includes getting-ready suites like the 1911 Cottage with original features and The Den, equipped with leisure amenities for the guys. Ceremony locations include the rose garden with cobblestone walkways, the bandstand with white-washed pillars, the versatile greenhouse with glass panes and ironwork, and a fairy tale-like woodland site. Receptions are held under a 4,000 square foot open-frame tent, accommodating 225 guests, and featuring chandeliers, ceiling drapings, and beautiful views.
